Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours, and when do you stop serving food? What does "until business allows" mean?

We are open five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday.

  • Tuesday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Friday & Saturday: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM (lunch & dinner)

Our kitchen closes one hour before closing each day—at 9:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and at 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. We take our last food orders by that time.

During the slower winter months, if we have no guests in the restaurant on a weekday evening, we may close early (9:00 PM). That’s what we mean by "until business allows." If this happens, we’ll always post an update on our front door and Instagram stories.

What are tapas, and how many should we order?

Tapas are small, shareable Spanish (or Spanish-inspired) dishes that let you explore a variety of flavors in one meal. They range from simple bites like olives and almonds to more elaborate plates like grilled shrimp, cured meats, and savory stews. Instead of ordering a single entrée, guests typically share multiple tapas for a social and interactive dining experience.

We recommend at least 3–4 dishes to share between two people, but our servers are happy to guide you based on your group size. On Friday and Saturday evenings, our Chef’s Feature is paella, which is best shared between two people.

What is the cover charge, and why is it applied?

Our $5 live music cover charge directly supports the local musicians who perform on Friday and Saturday nights (and occasional Thursdays). This charge is automatically added to all guest checks for those dining during the live music, which begins at 7:30 PM. 100% of the cover charge goes to the musicians.

Where can I find out who’s playing live music?

You can check out our music calendar here, visit our Facebook Events page, or follow us on Instagram for regular updates.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Yes! We have a selection of vegetarian dishes and a few vegan options. We also offer some gluten-free items. If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

What is the gratuity policy for large parties?

A 20% gratuity is automatically added to checks for parties of six or more. This goes directly to your server.

What kind of wines do you serve? Do you offer beer or cocktails?

Our wine list is carefully curated by the owner’s daughter, an Advanced Sommelier based in Napa Valley, with selections chosen to complement our cuisine. The list includes classic favorites as well as exciting, approachable wines from Mediterranean Europe and South America—perfect for a shared tapas experience!

We are proud to feature McPherson Cellars wines (located directly across the street) by the glass and bottle, all 100% grown and made in the Texas High Plains.

Due to our TABC license, we are unable to serve beer or spirits, but we do offer wine-based cocktails and other low-alcohol options.
